Patricia “Trish” Gillespie is an award winning documentary filmmaker.

She worked as a producer on the Emmy nominated, Oscar shortlisted documentary Unrest, as well as the Peabody nominated film Whose Streets? Both films premiered at Sundance 2017, where Unrest took home a special jury award. The Devil You Know was Patricia’s directorial debut.

In her spare time, Patricia produces and directs commercials for clients like Nike, Adidas, Johnnie Walker and more. She is also occasionally serves as a professor, most recently for NYU’s documentary film program in Havana, Cuba. (Biography from NYU Production Lab)
